We are pleased to announce that we managed to raise about RM 25,000 at the recent Open Day bazaar at Little Sisters Of the Poor in Cheras on Saturday, 2 October. Most of the funds were from the sale of handicraft made by the residents of the Home while RM 8,000 were from the sale of food like satay, fried chicken (the most popular!), nasi lemak, pows, buns, pastries, cakes, drinks, etc. Everyone had a great time especially the senior citizens. As this was their first time having the open day, the amount raised was really fantastic. The Catholic Sisters running the home would like to make this an annual event .

Please keep Thursday, 18 November free for our next charity event over in Ampang. This time the funds raised will be donated to Selangor Cheshire Home. Like the bazaar at Little Sisters Of The Poor, 100% of the sale of food and all rental collected from participants will go towards the Home.
